Ex-floor stock items are display pieces that have been styled and showcased in our showroom. As a result, these pieces may show signs of light wear consistent with showroom display, including minor marks and/or surface variations.

All ex-floor stock items are sold as is, and we encourage customers to view items in person or request additional information prior to purchase to ensure suitability.

Please note that ex-floor stock items are final sale. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits are not available once an order has been confirmed.

Responsibility for ex-floor stock items transfers to the purchaser upon collection or dispatch. Canvas + Sasson cannot accept responsibility for any damage, wear, or defects once the item has left our care.

Freight will be quoted separately and charged at standard rates, with all delivery costs remaining the responsibility of the purchaser.

Ex-floor stock pieces are limited, one-off items and once sold, will not be restocked.
